Clausy is a small Secret Santa coordination tool that lets people join an event, provide a wishlist, and receive match notifications when the organiser runs the draw.

2. Who can use it

Use is intended for adults or those permitted by local law. Do not provide other people’s personal data without their permission.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep your account and email secure. Provide accurate information when joining events. Do not use the service for abusive, illegal, or spammy activity.

4. Content and privacy

You own the content you submit. We use participant data to run events and send emails; see our Privacy notice for details.

5. No warranties

The service is provided as-is. We strive to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clausy and its operators are not responsible for indirect losses. This is a hobby project and should be used with that in mind.

7. Termination

Organisers or the site owner may remove events or participants for abuse or misuse. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally; the last updated year is shown below.
